Luis Mallo はキューバ出身、ニューヨークブルックリン在住の写真家です。ポートフォリオサイトにはいくつかプロジェクトがまとめられていますが、近年の作品、“IN CAMERA”を紹介します。端的に言うと、この作品はフェンス越しに撮影されたランドスケープフォトですが、その見せ方、見せなさ方（というものがあるとしたらですが）が、すごくいい。このプロジェクトはもう閉じてるのかわかりませんが、最新の“OPEN SECRET”も、そこから継承された思考が伺えて、興味深いです。

Luis Mallo is a photographer born in Cuba, and now lives in Brooklyn, NYC. His site some projects are piled up and we can see them, today I’ll introduce his recent work,“IN CAMERA”. To say briefly, this work is a landscape photographs which took in front of fence, but I think this way to become visible and invisible scapes is quite fine. I don’t know whether the project came to an end or not, but his most resent work “OPEN SECRET” also fine because we can see his continuous thought through those pictures.
